Achieve sales target in the franchise distributionPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Assist franchise department to achieve the relevant matters:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience:
- Support area director and West China team to
achieve sales goals and store opening plan.
- Support new store opening preparations, responsible for the entire
process of SIF submission.
- Responsible for the entire process of franchise contracts signing
and renewing, CAF system maintenance.
- Communicate with and coordinate related departments to solve the
problems for franchisees
- Support area director to handle different projects.
- POS/ERP System account maintenance.
- Data collection (Traffic report, Grade store info reports etc.)
- Help to organize Market weeks with team, franchise KA meeting etc.
- Work closely with Product Dept. to arrange new-launch product
training, work with VM team on the store display training for franchisees.
- Help to check the defective products and follow up.
- Other matters.
- Around 3-5 year related experience is preferred
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Computer skill in Microsoft office
- Strong communication abilities
College degree or above
