Account Executive, Franchise, PVH West

POSITION SUMMARY:

Achieve sales target in the franchise distribution

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Assist franchise department to achieve the relevant matters:

• Support area director and West China team to
  achieve sales goals and store opening plan.
• Support new store opening preparations, responsible for the entire
  process of SIF submission.
• Responsible for the entire process of franchise contracts signing
  and renewing, CAF system maintenance.
• Communicate with and coordinate related departments to solve the
  problems for franchisees
• Support area director to handle different projects.
• POS/ERP System account maintenance.
• Data collection (Traffic report, Grade store info reports etc.)
• Help to organize Market weeks with team, franchise KA meeting etc.
• Work closely with Product Dept. to arrange new-launch product
  training, work with VM team on the store display training for franchisees.
• Help to check the defective products and follow up.
• Other matters.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

• Around 3-5 year related experience is preferred

Skills:

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Computer skill in Microsoft office
• Strong communication abilities

Education: College degree or above
