General Summary:

Product operation management play a key strategic role in accelerating our brand eCommerce operation strategy in China. Product strategy for achieving business target will be key to success for this role. The person will have strong ownership to manage product planning, execution, review, reporting, delivery insight and action plan, drive business on product wise, and improve product KPI to achieve commercial success with solid product-operation knowledge. This person will have opportunity to be key interface to local merch team, global merch team, to be the owner of EC product-operation for all online channels.

Responsibilities:

Product Planning & Strategy
  • Planning product forecast for sales target
  • Build up inventory for key moment /by month
  • Build product strategy by channel by campaign
  • Range plan across channel and allocation

Product Related Operation
  • Site merchandising
  • product onshelf/offshelf
  • back order
  • product transfer
  • other product related operation

Product Reporting
  • Delivery all product related reporting
  • Do Analysis & bring Insights to improve product operation KPI (incl. traffic, CVR, sales by category & SKU level

Process management

drive ad-hoc project & process related to product KPI achievement.

Leadership & Ownership
  • Willing to coordinate & consolidate resource and support cross function/cross team internally/externally to achieve the sales target &KPI
  • Strong supporting &ownership of all products related thing


Qualifications:
  • University graduate
  • 8+ years experiences in E-commerce/brand Merchandise
  • Solid knowledge of product operation for online channel
  • Have necessary understanding & experiences with product planning, execution, review, reporting, delivery insight and action plan
  • Strong analytical and planning skills and drive the result on product level
  • Strong product strategy thinking, detail oriented & Client centric thinking
  • Thinking leader & proactive to drive the changes
  • Written and oral communication skills in English
  • Preferred to have working experience in global organization
  • Luxury industry/fashion experience is a plus
