Position Overview:

The Retail Coordinator will be responsible for implementing the clienteling strategies and the CRM programs within Tiffany & Co. KSA.

The Retail Coordinator will be based in Riyadh and will collaborate with the market's Country Manager and Store Managers, to create a high-performance clienteling culture and capabilities. The Retail Coordinator is responsible for building programs to inspire our retail teams to proactively build strong relationships with their customers, aimed at increasing customer loyalty and lifetime value.

As the custodian of the local customer data base, the individual will partner with retail teams on data capture and subsequent data management.

They will also support the Country Manager and the Store Managers by providing weekly & monthly retail-oriented dashboards to help them monitor their teams and targets.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Be the Salesforce key-user for the market and train the retail teams on a monthly basis on Salesforce new features and improvements, to make the most of the tool.
  • Sales performance analysis on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Partner with each store to increase business opportunities, drive customer loyalty and increase purchase frequency. Communicate KPIs and align market activities to meet and exceed established goals.
  • Supply ordering and management: create suppliers, coordinate invoicing and place orders.
  • Coordinate approval flow within retail department.
  • Support the Retail Learning Manager to identify learning action plan to maximise clienteling skills, selling skills and elevate the Client Experience.
  • Organize meetings preparation, presentations, booking and follow ups.
  • Apply all international retail guidelines and actively ensure the implementations in the Stores.
  • Leading retail weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Teams on segmentation of customer data and deploy customer contact strategy aligned with cluster (emailing, ecards, postal mailings, catalogues, gifting)
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting to Country Manager, MD and Store Managers to monitor sales target, clienteling targets.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years within a retail environment, hospitality or CRM.
  • Previous experience with client data base.
  • Comfortable with customer data analysis and interpretation, previous usage of Salesforce.
  • Experience in sales and service delivery and building performance against targets.
  • Good understanding of retail stores processes and procedures
  • Proficiency with MS Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • The ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism both with sales professionals and clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong networking skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Flexibility to travel within KSA.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Luxury retail experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Experience in the KSA market.
