Kering Technologies is looking for a hands-on Techno-Functional Senior Analyst with project management abilities to coordinate with global Order Management team, working on Manhattan Active Omni tool. You will become the order management system specialist for the Americas based in Wayne, New Jersey.

Techno-Functional Senior Analyst

Duties :Act asSenior Technical Analyst for Ecommerce systems and processes for entire Americas region. Partner with Global Ecommerce program team on service roadmap, functional design, and strategic plans for services. Assist global project delivery by supporting testing, training, and deploy activities. Act as the master of Ecommerce architecture and integrations. Liaison between local business and global IT. Responsible for Level 3 support of all ECommerce issues. Act as escalation point for all day-to-day issues. Coordinate local support and global teams for issue resolution. Assist in collection, formalization, qualification, and prioritization of regional business requirements. Monitor all issues and requests related to Ecommerce for timely completion. Train local support staff for Ecommerce issue handling. Maintain documentation of system for end-to-end business process flows. Configure Manhattan Active Omni for Americas region. Contribute and suggest process improvements for Ecommerce systems.

Requirements : Requires Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration,Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or related field of study, and5years of Technical Analysis experience in any job title/occupation/position involving Retail, Supply Chain orOrder Management Systems. Experience specified must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: basics of technical support processes;basics of technical testing concepts; andcommunicating technical details to business.Experience specified must also include 2 years of experience with each of the following: working with technical flows and data formats; JDA; Service Now and JIRA; and SQL and JSON. Experience specified must also include 1 year of experience with each of the following: an enterprise OMS (e.g. Manhattan Active Omni); and PowerPoint and Visio. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days a week.
