We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Product Management to lead our product management department at FIGS. The Senior Director of Product Management will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and execution of FIGS' digital product roadmap. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this key leadership position will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product design, engineering, marketing, and merchandising to define and deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our customers, drive revenue growth, and maintain FIGS' position as an industry leader


What You'll Do
  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with FIGS' mission to transform healthcare apparel.
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features and enhancements, and allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure effective product launch planning, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, and customer training.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept development to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
  • Determine product and new feature launch schedules and monitor budgets to ensure that projects are completed on-time and on-budget
  • Build and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Provide support to Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams in meeting business goals and needs, balancing internal business requests, and providing a first-class customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration throughout the product development process.
  • Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including executives, industry experts, and customers, to gather feedback, validate product strategies, and align priorities.
  • Present product plans, business cases, and performance updates to executive leadership and board members.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions, refine product positioning, and optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and product positioning that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years in product management with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing innovative products, preferably in the DTC, retail or fashion industry.
  • Experience with Web Analytics software and personalization tools
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing product management teams.
  • Deep understanding of product management methodologies, market analysis, and product lifecycle management.
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing platforms and test-and-learn methodologies including experience with execution and analysis of results
  • Experience with Native Apps platforms (iOS, Android) and history developing strategy for eCommerce or Digital Marketing Apps
  • Experience working directly with or leading UI/UX teams
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and financial metrics to drive product success.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range
  • At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $157,500 and $225,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
