We are looking for an intern (m/f/d), starting mid of august / september 2023 tosupport us for 6 months with our global lease administration within our Global Real Estate and Expansion department.

By being involved in the day-to-day business, you will gain insight into the responsibilities of the global leasing and lease accounting process at HUGO BOSS, as well as into the overall leasing and transaction processes. We offer you an interesting job in a dynamic and diverse environment, to gain a first professional experience. We are relying on your organizational skills, as well as your ability to self-start and -motivate. Your analytical toolset will also be put to the test.

What you can expect:

  • Through your involvement in the day-to-day business of our lease administration and accounting processes, you will gain a profound insight into the tasks around managing a global lease portfolio
  • You will the support lease administration team with abstraction of global lease contracts and database maintenance
  • In addition, you will be responsible for creating reportings and analyzing lease data
  • You will work closely with our external service provider, our transaction team and the finance & accounting team
  • You will support our transactions team in preparing portfolio data
  • You will have the opportunity to prove your theoretical knowledge in practice, to get a profound understanding of our retail leasing lifecycle and contract management


Your profile:

  • You are completing or have completed a degree in economics or real estate management
  • You might have already gained some practical work experience, but not mandatory
  • You have proficiency of the English language, written and orally
  • You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
  • You are organized, highly motivated and a self-starter
  • You can work well independently or in a team setting
