The Diamond Expert Team Lead leads their team to deliver a luxury and personal client experience across all contact channels and client touchpoints to drive sales and lifetime loyalty and value. The team lead is accountable for ensuring their team consistently exceeds sales and client experience targets. The Team Lead is a dynamic, collaborative, and inspiring business owner, people leader, who builds long-term relationships with internal and external clients.

The Diamond Expert Team lead will be responsible for a team of High Jewelry experts dedicated to the growth of our Love and Engagement and High Jewelry business. Their team is responsible for building a pipeline of loyal clients and maintaining a book of business to drive sales and repeat business by building a relevant and client centric outreach plan. Team lead will be required to execute team and department sales strategies including client events, clienteling and driving client advisors to exceed commission goals.
