Position Overview
· Manage the Product Development within the Polo Women's Brand. Partner with the Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Raw Materials Teams, as well as Sourcing Offices and Factories to ensure the integrity of product from salesman sample to bulk production. · Drive the development and execution of the product strategy for the brand to create best overall value in terms of product, price, lead-time and quality. · Relay Brand intent and inspiration to Sourcing Offices and insure it is carried through from Showroom to Stock.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Communicate strategies and align execution plans with Brand, Sourcing offices, Raw Material Team and Product Integrity · Partner with Design on all design approvals and comments. Insure every Tech Pack is correct, marked complete and matches Design intent. · Partner with Tech team to ensure design execution meets Product Standards/RL requirements · Drive the optimized lead-times and activities from development to store · Develop and create timelines with sourcing offices and vendors on lab dips, raw material sourcing and approvals to ensure production delivery deadlines are met · Communicate with vendors and suppliers to address development and resolve production issues · Maintain development and work with Production on cost optimization, garment engineering for products · Request, manage and track development and showroom samples · Submit and follow up on testing to ensure the quality level of the products are in the limits for the defined quality standards · Monitor /maintain weekly T&A to insure all components of a garment meet the deadlines. · Ensure fit approvals are approved to meet delivery deadlines · Provide confirmation to all Sourcing offices that BOM's are approved and ready to proceed for stock buys.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Bachelor's Degree preferred · Experience in the apparel industry · Knowledge of woven fabric. knitwear and garment manufacturing process; · Knowledge of apparel product development; includes experience in knitwear and Dress development & production · Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills; ability to work closely with Design, Technical Design, Raw Materials, and Merchandising Teams, as well as Sourcing Offices · Strong organizational skills with detailed attention to product information · Strong computer skills; excel, outlook, PL #LI-CE1
