What you'll be doing

- Maintain strong knowledge of the Saudi market trends and keep abreast of consumer insights to support commercial business owners in growing the business

- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders at a Group level to foster trust and facilitate relations between the organization and its strategic external stakeholders

- Act as the ambassador and representative of the organization to secure excellent relationships and identify business and growth opportunities with strategic partners such as governmental entities, schools, universities, banks, embassies, real estate companies (malls and commercial centers), VIP customers, suppliers and services providers, etc.

- Liaise with regulatory and government bodies to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and to stay updated on relevant rules and regulations

- Lobby through the local chamber of commerce in defending the retail sector Build relationships with market peers (including competitors) to monitor crucial developments and advances

- Study the competitive landscape to track trends and developments and identify opportunities

- Be actively involved in the society and communities as an ambassador of the organization and custodian of the organization's brand to maintain strong presence and brand image Guardian of the organization's policies ensuring compliance of working policies and procedures

- Manage directly the non-verticalized support functions in his area/region (HR, Administrant, Visual Merchandising, etc.)

- Support the verticalized support services with their day-to-day operations (Legal, Accounting, Logistics, IT, and commercial teams)

- Explore opportunities and assess the weaknesses and strengths of the business in the area/region

- Coordinate between the organization's HQ and local business owners to facilitate collaborator and efficiency

- Capture the pulse of the market and share it with the concerned parties frequently - People Support

- Strive to showcase the organization as "employer of choice" and work with key stakeholders to achieve nationalization objectives

- Promote all the social and sustainability initiatives and engage actively with local community

- Frequently meet with employees and capture the pulse of the employees in the market to address any concerns

- Represent the voice of employee and ensure fairness at all times

- Champion Group initiatives at a country level Our Central Regional Manager will be responsible for thoroughly understanding and studying the Saudi market trends and consumer insights in order to support commercial business owners in growing the business.

What you'll need to succeed

- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a relevant business fields such as business administration, marketing or other relevant degrees from a reputable university.

- MBA degree is highly desirable.

- Language skills: Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English

- A career 10+ years of experience gained with reputable organizations with the last 3 - 5 years in a senior management role ideally, but not necessarily, within the retail ecosystem.

- Strong evidence of identifying market trends that could impact business operations and alert to possible growth opportunities.
