Freelance Brand Art Director

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a freelance Brand Art Director for Orseund Iris, the NY-based fashion label, you will assist in shaping and elevating our brand's visual identity and creative direction. Working with the designer and founder, your role will be critical in translating our brand's vision and values into compelling and visually stunning digital experiences that resonate with our customers, fans and followers. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including our PR, Social Media, design, and content team members, to create cohesive and innovative organic campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty. 

Your expertise in both artistic and business realms will be vital in positioning our brand as a leader in fashion and lifestyle launches.  A part of your role will have you collaborating with our content and social media teams to conceptualize and execute innovative and impactful campaigns that align with the brand's objectives, fans, followers and customers. 

You will work with the designer to present creative ideas, and provide art direction to ensure the team's work meets the brand's standards and resonates with customers. This includes planning and directing photoshoots for new style launches and seasonal campaigns, ensuring that the visual content captures the brand's essence and tells a cohesive story.

Responsible for:

• Art direction for each new style drop.
• Directing on set for E-Commerce & Lifestyle shoots.
• Editing for narrow selects after each shoot.
• Reviewing and approving micro-content for social and providing feedback to our content and social team. 
• Reviewing and approving weekly newsletters with our E-Commerce team.
