How Will You Contribute

As an HR Payroll Administration & Accounting Specialist, you oversee:

• Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets;
• Preparing employee compensation checks using payroll software;
• Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations;
• Preparing payroll reports;
• Comparing general ledger accounts for the balance sheet with supporting documents like bank statements, sub-ledgers, and other underlying transaction details;
• Follow all the related SOX obligations of companies listed on the American stock exchange (Accounting Reconciliation, Briefing Book, etc.).

Who You Are

You are a recently graduate with an Accounting background.

You have:

• Good Knowledge of Excel;
• Flexible and proactive attitude;
• Previous experience in hr accounting or audit or management control will be considered a plus.
