Position Overview
Please note this is a maternity cover as Fixed Term Contract for circa 12 months. As a company ambassador the Brand Image Specialist ensures the implementation of our seasonal guidelines and execution of rigs and interior/window displays in our Boutique RL store and Wholesale Flagship accounts in the North of England based in Manchester the goal to enhance brand aesthetic and to create a memorable customer shopping experience. Please note this role in the UK and you must have the full and correct Right to work in the UK before applying pls.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
In-Store visual presentation Liaise with Brand Image Manager and In-Store Management regarding all product presentation initiatives Ensure all product presentation guidelines are implemented and maintained Ensure the maintenance of Polo merchandising standards Setting up seasonal and transitional product flow strategies for the Retail and Wholesale stores Manage and implement seasonal change-over (visual strategies) Manage the presentation of POS material Planning and implementation of new corner openings Drive sales through invigorating in-store visual merchandising presentations Training Constantly train all Ralph Lauren sales staff and management on new directives Ensure that the staff is utilizing Retail Web and Corporate directives when applicable Cascade seasonal and quarterly product flow directives as well as changes to teams Developing in-store training material and organize sessions Organize, prepare and conduct seasonal training seminars for WLS in-store st Reporting & Communication Regular analysis and report on sales volume compared to stock levels Feedback call outs and store needs to Regional corporate management Communicate Visual and sales Results by creating weekly visit Reports
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Creativity and very elevated visual skills Strong communications skills, both verbal and written in English Energy and enthusiasm a must Strong organization and multi-tasking skills Excellent computer skills (MS Office) Please note this role in the UK and you must have the full and correct Right to work in the UK before applying pls.
