PROPOSTA DI LAVORO/JOB PURPOSE

L'Ispettore QC, segue le fasi di assemblaggio in linea presso i fornitori, segue le fasi di orlatura, effettua ispezioni presso i fornitori di calzature. Per via dei requisiti del ruolo, questa lavoro avrà sede permanente in Puglia.

The QC Inspector, follows in-line assembly phases at suppliers, follows sewing steps, carries out inspections at suppliers for shoe products. Due to the requirements of the role, this person will be based in Puglia.

RESPONSABILITÀ/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effettuare ispezioni sulle scarpe confezionate prima della spedizione
• Ispezionare e seguire il processo di assemblaggio durante la produzione delle scarpe
• Seguire il processo di orlatura presso fornitori e subappaltatori
• Garantire che tutto lo stock inviato dai fornitori sia conforme agli standard Burberry
• Assistere i fornitori
• Completa accuratamente i report AQL
• Lavora a stretto contatto con il manager di linea e il resto del team di controllo qualità

• Carry out inspections on ready-made shoes before shipment
• Inspect and follow the assembly process during shoe production
• Follow the stitching process at suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure that all stock sent from suppliers conforms to Burberry standards
• Assisting suppliers
• Accurately complete AQL reports
• Work closely with the line manager and the rest of the QC team

PROFILO PERSONALE/PERSONAL PROFILE

• Esperienza rilevante nell'ispezione delle scarpe.
• Esperienza pregressa nell'assemblaggio e regolazione delle scarpe durante il processo produttivo.
• Conoscenza del processo di orlatura.
• Preferibile buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel e Power Point).
• Capacità di prendere decisioni basate su fatti tecnici, esperienza e conoscenza.
• Capacità di lavorare in squadra.
• Capacità di risoluzione dei problemi.
• Attenzione ai dettagli.
• La puntualità e la flessibilità degli orari sono essenziali.
• Disponibile per frequenti trasferte di lavoro.

• Relevant experience in shoe inspection.
• Previous experience in assembling and adjusting shoes during the production process.
• Knowledge of the sewing process at subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of the English language desirable.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (word, excel and power point).
• Ability to take decision based on Technical facts, experience and knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Problem solving capability.
• Attention to detail.
• Punctuality and schedule flexibility are essential.
• Available for frequent business travel
