Job Details

The Manager, Email Creative is responsible for all aspects of design for the North America Retail, eCommerce and Omni channel emails across all Calvin Klein brands.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce high quality designs
  • Assist with multiple design projects and create design solutions in a fast-paced, deadline driven, high-energy environment
  • Adapt current templates as needed to answer to briefs incorporating layout and copy design
  • Translate specs and business requirements into clean designs and develop detailed graphical templates and style guides
  • Fulfill multiple project requests while meeting development deadlines.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams. i.e. Copy, Creative and Marketing
  • Maintain brand continuity across all projects and platforms
  • Responsible for editorial layout design
  • Makes recommendations for design adaptations to ensure brand vision integrity and alignment


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Marketing or related concentration preferred
  • 4+ years professional experience with digital creative design
  • In-house, agency and fashion experience, a plus
  • Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator
  • Sketch is a plus
  • Understanding of latest digital trends, desktop and mobile is a must
  • Great compositional and typographical skills
  • Great understanding of technical specifications and mechanicals
  • Strong in communicating ideas with team
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Proficiency in HTML5/CSS/Flash and other motion graphics, a plus
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • The department has an open floor layout that encourages team members to engage and inspire one another. Occasional late hours and weekend work could be required depending on seasonal concepts and specific project needs
  • Creative and detail oriented is necessary in completing all projects. Must be flexible and solution oriented with a positive attitude toward teamwork. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to quick changes, requests and deadlines


Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
