The role of the Retail Analyst is to support the team with the reporting, tracking, coordination, and implementation of the Central Clienteling strategy. This will ensure optimal positioning, as well as support guest acquisition and thereby footfall, impacting spend and revenue targets. This would be a great role for a Retail Analyst, Finance Analyst and/or Allocator.

What you will be doing

• Primary responsibility of completing financial analysis and appropriate financial models for forecasting and reporting
• Coordinating end-to-end PCS activity in the Villages and for select cross-functional activities
• Responsible for budgeting and reforecasting processes
• Work with key Central function leads for strategic project action plans and updates
• Work closely with the Village Clienteling teams for initiative planning, tracking, and reporting

• Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent qualification
• Excellent report writing, analytical skills
• Experience in the CRM/ Marketing/Luxury Brand Segment
• Experience using Power Bi and Salesforce (or equivalent database management system)
• Good knowledge of the HNW market & retail industry
