We are looking for an experienced social media manager to take our online presence to the next level by strengthening the social media presence of HUGO BOSS. What you can expect:
- Steer the social media and content strategy for corporate topics on our C-level and corporate social media channels, including the corporate influencer program
- Develop and surpervise execution of strategies and tactics aimed at increasing reach and engagement
- Lead the visual and content appearance with continuous optimization of topic layout, finding the best balance between text, image, and video for our channels
- Drive innovation, bring forward new initiatives and ideas; explore and develop impactful strategies for existing and emerging channels
- Oversee the annual planning for corporate topics on social media. Initiate, create, and lead corporate social media projects and campaigns
- Support your social media colleagues in planning, creating, and publishing content if needed
- Define goals and KPIs, and oversee all reporting and social analytics to ensure all strategies and tactics are tracking against them
- Implement new social media tools to monitor our social media landscape
- Stay up to date on industry trends and take advantage of partnership opportunities, with social platforms, other brands, influencers, and new platforms
- Work very closely with your social media colleagues, ensure cross-functional alignment with a variety of internal stakeholders, especially the brand social media team and liaise and steer external agencies
Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in communications or media studies
- Several years of professional experience (5+ years) in social media for a global company or equivalent industry experience
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of digital media landscape, particularly within social media
- Proven track record of planning and execution of social first campaigns
- Experience with social metrics, social listening, web analytics tools, and data driven insights
- A passion for innovative digital communication, new technology, and disruptive storytelling
- Proficiency working with social media tools and analytics dashboards
- Very solid project management skills are required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Resilient, with the ability to be reactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Native or near-native English skills #LI-JW2
