About the Role

As an Associate Agile Manager, you will be acting as a project manager and responsible for managing collaboration and coordination between teams. You are a highly motivated team player, leading and managing specific innovation projects from ideation to launch, using Agile and Design Thinking methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.

We are seeking a customer-curious, collaborative, and motivated digital innovator to join our growing team. You will be supported by a group of like-minded partners who are driving a digital transformation through a Design Thinking Methodology, responsible for consistently delivering superior customer-centric experiences. This role reports into the Director of Agile Leads, Innovation & Platform Operations.

What You'll Do

  • Be customer curious with a problem-solving mindset, take calculated risks without fear of failure
  • Develop and oversee master project schedules
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and millstones to monitor progress against them
  • Establishes work plan, scheduling, and staffing for each phase of project
  • Manage project resources to ensure successful completion of projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business analysts on project schedules
  • Use Agile methodologies, such as Stand-Ups and Kanban, to manage project delivery
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate to senior management when necessary
  • Proactively communicate project progress, status, and results to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies using Agile methodologies and Design Thinking to ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively
  • Build effective and productive relationships across the business and work with accountability and integrity


Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years experience in project management or related experience
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) and knowledge of project management software (experience with Airtable is a plus)
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, coordination, communication, and risk management
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business analysts preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risk
  • Experience with Agile and/or Design Thinking methodologies preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering innovation projects on time and to the required quality standards

Salary Range: $83,700 - $111,000 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
