POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Well managing suppliers and vendors.
  • Well control quality and efficiency of project.
  • Well maintain the good image of brand.
  • To improve design and construction management system of brand.
  • Well execution the new concept store new opening, renovation, relocation.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Assist department manager to pitch the vendors under the procurement guideline and principle.
  • Assist department manager on contract, pricing negotiation and vendor management.
  • Assist department manager on cost controlling
  • Assist department manager to localize the global store guideline to facility local business and brand position
  • Assist department manager on process optimization.
  • Managing store maintenance within yearly budget.
  • Managing yearly training to vendors and supplies.
  • Be responsible of the store designing of key cities across different channels
  • Effective communication with various departments and vendors to guarantee good quality with lower cost.
  • Effective communication and coordination with business units.
  • Support team to improve their profession quality. Good ability to balance team's overall capacity
  • Providing work-related goals for own team members,meet the rapid development of corporate business
  • Ensure all projects meet the brand standard.
  • Maintain the integrity of the brand image.


INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:

Internal: Operations/Franchise/Retail/ Visual Merchandising/ Marketing/ Merchandising

External: Suppliers/Agent/Regional team

KEY COMPETENCIES
  • Strong coordinating, communication and organization skills.
  • Risk assessment capacity and decision-making skills
  • Be able to work carefully and effectively under pressure
  • Rich resources of suppliers, effectively communicate and well manage them.
  • The ability to work independently without any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • 6 years relative working experience,project management expertise prefer


Skills:
  • Good skill in using CAD, SKETCH UP, PHOTOSHOP, OFFICE SOFTWARE, Excel at using auto-cad preferred
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing.


Education:
  • A bachelor's degree or above, design or construction major
