Position Summary:

The purpose is to have an experienced event expertise to work with Sr. Manager (Brand Marketing), aiming to plan and execute premium brand events to provide consumer-centric brand experiences online and offline. This role will also lead the wok of retail activations, including store opening, VIP days and pop-up in malls to keep consistent brand image throughout different format of events.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job:
  • Lead a variety of brand event projects including brand events, product launch events, exhibitions, digital events, virtual events, fashion show and retail events.
  • Project management, as well as the production and management of each project's timeline
  • Conduct project meetings with a variety of stakeholders, track activities, and identify project concerns, manage the risks and come up with the solutions to keep every project on schedule.
  • Well understand brand identity with the guide from Sr. brand marketing manager, develop project brief to both internal functions and external agencies
  • Download global guidelines and adapt into local event concept, keep close communication with global and regional brand team to get alignment in planning stage.
  • Initiate consumer-centric event engagement program and responsible for the implementation
  • Responsible for event execution, on-site operation and reporting
  • Set up clear event KPI and collaborate with other communication functions to maximize the event effect and final deliveries.
  • Event budget and agency management
  • Responsible for event security process application and on-site management
  • Good communication with cross-functions to ensure smooth collaboration and message delivery.
  • Support Sr. brand marketing manager in celebrity requirements identification and follow up for event purpose.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in marketing related disciplines and 8-15 years of relevant experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills Required:
  • Extensive event/project management expertise is required
  • Fashion industry experience is preferred
  • Great sense on creative judgement, visual and consumer engagement
  • High agility and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a time-pressured environment
  • Ability to travel
  • 8+ years demonstrated excellent in event marketing, or a related field.
  • Well organized, methodical, and efficient
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • A creative thinker and innovator
  • Knowledge of the design and production process
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strives for continuous improvement in practices and processes
