IBP Manager
Job Details
As an IBP Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic business planning process for our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework, ensuring communication and collaboration across functions. Alignment between operational plans and strategic objectives is key including presentation of business performance and scenarios to senior leadership
Your Mission
- Design, implement and execute the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, encompassing portfolio/merchandise planning, demand planning, supply planning, financial planning, and management reviews
- Define the schedule for the IBP process and the related individual planning in alignment with the relevant stakeholders. Monitor the process, ensure adherence to timeline, and analyze the results. In case of conflicts, you act as a moderator between the stakeholders and escalate to the top management in case of necessity
- Define and manage consistency for the IBP structure and systems in alignment with the stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the IBP process, leveraging technology and data analytics tools
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), provide insights and give recommendations to senior management
- Conduct independent analysis and scenario planning to support decision-making, identify risks, and assess business opportunities
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact the business, incorporating relevant insights into the IBP process
Your Story
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IBP, thereof at least 2 years in a role leading projects and decision making. Background in fashion/retail/ FMCG or from a top management consulting company is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) concepts, processes, and best practices
- Experienced project manager with proven track-record of transformational projects
- Proficiency in planning software and data analytics tools, preferably in Anaplan
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
- Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

You will closely work with different functions in analyzing, designing, implementing, and running our IBP framework.
