  • Assisting the Facilities Administration Manager and the team where required with general administrative tasks, including, but not limited to, proactive management of the IMS filing system, management of formal documentation and processing Change Requests.
  • Contributing to reviews and updates of departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other applicable formal documentation to ensure standards of best practice are upheld.
  • Promoting H&S through system development and management of contractors.
  • Supporting Value Retail's ESG (Environment, Social and Government) goals through monitoring and reporting on sustainability metrics where required.
