Responsibilities:
- Oversee pre-season planning for all ecom pure play accounts; collaborating with Planning / Merch to develop SKU-level, topline, and VA/Co-op budgets.
- Lead sell-in and go to market process for pure play accounts, including recapping the business, sharing key takeaways, building assortments, verifying financial plans, and negotiating co-op/marketing budgets.
- Execute shipments to ecom pure play vendors and manage all POs; accountable for the account ATS and shipment flow budget; update monthly shipspread report
- Accountable for achieving shipping targets and EBIT for pure play ecom accounts
- Create advertising and promotional strategies for ecom pure play accounts to drive topline sales and brand awareness. Execute ad/promo strategies by planning appropriate buy depths, creating funding contracts, and consulting ad agencies on targeting/ad strategy
- Partner with TH Marketing team to develop marketing budgets and allocation for best ROI
- Analyze weekly reporting for pure play ecom accounts and monthly reporting for Omni channel accounts. Synthesize takeaways and report out to leadership; drive action plans to course-correct business and manage execution across functions (planning, logistics, marketing, merch, etc.)
- Create and maintain all Tommy Hilfiger product detail pages across all ecom platforms (except Tommy.com). Ensure high-quality brand representation through best-in-class imagery & content; build out Brand Stores, A++/Enriched Content, manage in-house and external photography process for all product featured online
- Present learnings to and share data with Omni account digital teams to drive growth, react and drive necessary changes internally to improve assortment and pricing, execute promos, and edit detail pages, resulting in sales lift and better customer experience
- Weekly site scrub to drive conversion, enhance the customer shopping experience and deliver brand consistency across all ecom sites; responsible for the overall digital presentation of Men's Sportswear, Men's Jeans, Accessories, and Adaptive
- Become the expert in SEO & SEM to lead efforts to maximize traffic/sales revenue for wholesale partner sites
- Manage Omni account strategy working closely with the account executives on communication and execution of ecommerce and product assortment, merchandising and digital initiatives
- Analyze ecommerce business and identify risk and opportunities in partnership with associate site merchant and account executive
- Explore new digital account opportunities for the division
- All channels-process management (flow of samples for shoots, master calendar for content requirements and needs by account)
- Act as liaison to partner ecommerce teams across PVH to share learnings, build best practices, leverage PVH structure in negotiating digital strategies across account base
- Map out and execute long-term projects for driving innovation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 - 7 years of experience in digital, consulting, or apparel industry with proven results in e-commerce / Omni-channel
- Must be proficient in Excel and Retail Math
- Strong planning, inventory management, and analytical skills
- Ecommerce experience required
Pay Range: $150,000 - $160,000
