Essential Duties & Responsibilities
This position is for a hands-on Technical/Functional Analyst to lead solution, design, development and deployment for our B2B Commerce product, NuOrder. The right candidate will have experience in the B2B digital commerce space from both a business and systems perspective. Experience in supporting an application thru steady state support along with contributing to the success of enhancements and phased roll outs. Analyst will be responsible for owning the technical knowledge and capabilities for which the B2B tool offers, while taking the time to understand the functional requirements of the business and align the two. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for performing root cause analysis (RCA) for all product concerns -- deciphering user errors from systemic failures and addressing accordingly with partnering teams. Analyst will be responsible for New Account / User setups & support of daily inquiries from business users and customers. Monitor integration errors and pursue resolution with impeccable, detailed follow up. Work closely with system owners on design and maintenance of data interfaces. Learn the settings and configuration opportunities that proved the best option for meeting business requirements. Contribute to ongoing enhancement requests from design through launch. Coordinating test requirements, documenting results, and partnering with the technical team to resolve issues. Participate in solution development including, but not limited to: requirements gathering, workshops, detailed design, build and deployment sessions. Work closely with operations and product managers on business requirements analysis, design, and implementation.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
REQUIRED EXPERINECE
* At least 2-3 years' experience working with a B2B digital commerce product such as: NuOrder, Joor, Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CloudCraze / B2B e-commerce Cloud, Communities
* Moderate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for validating & comparing large data sets: i.e. pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, moderate to advanced formulas.
* Must have thorough understanding of system integrations and ability to learn existing features/functionality/settings to identify the likeliest root cause for issues raised and take action to correct.
* Experience with design and build of high performing (user-oriented, fast, efficient, extensible, scalable) Salesforce automation and salesforce-integrated applications following best practices and using the latest technologies.
* Experience with sales force automation (SFA) product implementation and corresponding enhancements life cycles with multiple geographies.
* Experience in Release Management with multiple phases.
* Production Deployment Best Practices Experience establishing integrations across multiple systems to curate the most efficient ecosystem for sending / receiving data within a digital commerce platform. (Product Data Hubs, DAMs, PIMs, ERPs, etc.)
* Experience with Configuration: Hands on Experience in Data Modeling, Security, Workflows, Validation Rules, Approval Process, Lightning Flows, Process Builders
* Experience in integrating sales force automation with external applications using third party tools via SOAP and REST API Integration. Experience in Salesforce Integration Pattern Design
* Experience in implementing Lightning Components, Apex Controllers, Visual Force Pages, Visual Force Components, Batch Apex, Schedulers and Apex Triggers.
* Experience implementing in UX/UI and JavaScript Framework such as Backbone JS, JQuery, Bootstrap
* Experience in designing and implementing Custom Business Process via Apex Technology.
* Familiarity with systemic governance and limitations
