The Role

TOTEME is looking for an Ecommerce & Marketplace Coordinator to join the team in Stockholm. As Ecommerce & Marketplace Coordinator you will be part of the Ecommerce team and the wider Commercial team, supporting the sales and growth of the marketplace channels and own ecommerce. You will assist with all continuous tasks and administration related to product launches and in-season sales with a main focus on marketplaces but including the operations of toteme-studio.com. 

Responsibilities

Manage the product catalog for marketplaces including product creation, price coordination, and setting up the seasonal sale Collect samples and coordinate shipments for marketplace photo productions Quality-check marketplaces to ensure that the assortment is correct, up to date and optimized to reach sales targets Assist with the site administration of toteme-studio.com including product creation, population and visual merchandising Assist with sales analysis for weekly and monthly reporting for marketplaces and toteme-studio.com Manage staff orders including the collection and compiling of orders, returns coordination and exchanges, and managing logistics of the orders Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy Your profile 

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint University degree in business, ecommerce or other relevant field is meriting Experience with Shopify and/or Farfetch Storm is meriting Fluent in spoken and written English About you

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and time management Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work independently Excellent communication skills Analytical mindset An interest in ecommerce and marketplaces An ambitious self-starter with the ability to work operationally and strategically, independently and as part of a team A TOTEME ambassador who lives and breathes our culture and values  

This is a full time position based at TOTEME's Stockholm office with an immediate start.
