JOB SUMMARY

Oversee and manage payroll processing and vendors services for Hong Kong and Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage payroll for Hong Kong and Singapore
  • Responsible for full set of payroll & commission calculation, final payment and tax return as well as compensation and benefits in compliance with labour law
  • Work with service provider and responsible for tasks throughout the end-to-end payroll processing cycle
  • Ensure and responsible that payroll cycle deadlines are met and in compliance with procedures
  • Input employee changes accurately and timely, review changes for proper registration
  • Maintain proper filling and documentation of all relevant documents pertaining to client(s) payroll such as payroll advice, reports and correspondence, etc
  • Be a point of contact for payroll issues


EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree holder in human resources management, or related disciplines
  • At least 6-8 years of payroll / HR experience, with hands-on supervisory experience
  • Experience in managing regional payroll in Asia countries
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Workday, Payroll System and PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
