Role Overview:
As the Integrated Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that elevate Moncler's brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across various marketing channels while maintaining the brand's premium positioning. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing & Communications, you will closely support the brand, media, press and communications leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that encompass digital, print, social media, events, partnerships, and other relevant channels. Ensure campaigns are consistent with the brand's messaging and objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including marketing, retail and wholesale to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Proactive Leadership: Support the brand, media and press marketing team on all aspects of the business to drive results and maximize Moncler brand awareness.
  • Brand Calendar Support: Assist in maintaining marketing calendars and project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule including
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating luxury events, product launches, and other promotional activities. Manage logistics, guest lists, and follow-up to ensure successful execution.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Identify areas for improvement and suggest data-driven optimizations.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about luxury market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing our marketing strategies.
  • Budget Support: Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing related to marketing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree, with focus on marketing, communications, or related field a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or related roles a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform marketing decisions
  • Creative thinker with a proactive attitude, with a willingness to contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies


For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, Moncler includes a reasonable estimate of the salary rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $58,500.00per year to $75,000.00 per year.
