Title: Specialist, Talent Acquisition (1 year contract)

Location: Seoul, Korea

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Director

Key responsibilities:

Manage end to end recruitment and hiring for corporate and Store Manager roles
  • Partner with hiring managers and cross functional partners to understand position specifications
  • Educate & train the sourcing partners (external hiring agencies) regarding Coach sourcing strategies as needed.
  • Create innovative, diverse sourcing tactics including but not limited to, applicant tracking system, social media, job boards, internal candidates, industry contacts, manager and employee networks and associations
  • Evaluate, interview and present qualified, diverse candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback to refine talent acquisition strategy where applicable
    • Ensure equitable, inclusive and diverse candidate slates are being met that adhere to Tapestry's competencies and the role's must- have qualifications
    • Manage offer and onboarding process

Support internal mobility and ensure the process is followed across the business

Support Tapestry Talent Acquisition Initiatives and Programs
    • Recruit for our Store internship Program
    • Take on ad-hoc projects together with HRBP to support evolving business needs incl. Employer Branding
    • Proactively identify and suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition processes and operations


Education, Experience, Qualifications, Skills:
  • 1-3 years Recruitment experience
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office software
  • Thoughtful communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and agility

Experience with SAP Success Factors or Applicant Tracking Systems (Preferred)
