About the role:

FIGS is looking for an 100% awesome, capable, experienced stock associate at our Century City retail store. The stock associate will be responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for customers by ensuring accurate stock inventory and keeping a high functioning stockroom that allows inventory to reach the sales floor efficiently and effortlessly.

What you'll do:

• Ensure the FIGS brand and mission is being represented constantly
• Inspect new inventory for any damages
• Organizing the inventory in an efficient manner
• Support the store leadership team in executing innovative projects on a tight deadline
• Communicate inventory, product performance needs to the store manager on a weekly basis
• Work with leadership to streamline all tasks associated with the product cycle
• Assist the team in achieving sales goals for the store
• Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed and communicate potential issues

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service and stockroom experience
• Action oriented, driving for results and strong time management skills
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 5 - 30 lbs)
• Strong oral and written communication skills and work well with numbers
• All employees are expected to be available to work "Black Friday" (the day after US Thanksgiving) and from the second week of December (the start of the second week in period 11) until the end of the holiday season, to be defined each year based in part on the time period guests are permitted to return holiday merchandise, on an annual basis

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

• At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $16/hr and $19/hr. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
