Position Overview
Support the department Lead with specific tasks related Luxury Men's and Women's Operations. This position is responsible for overall PO issuance, maintenance, and weekly delivery reporting.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Issue and maintain Stock and sample PO's in SAP for Women's and Men's Luxury. · Set standard cost in SAP seasonally. · Distribute PO detail reports to sourcing offices/ production teams upon completion of po issuance. · Communicate with transportation to ensure product reaches US DC's timely and ensure system leadtimes are accurately reflected. · Set up classification charts and send to Compliance to assign HTS codes. · Run weekly delivery report, analyzing changes and reporting to manager. · Code Ariba invoices · Assist with additional production related tasks as needed.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred · Entry level · Embodies critical thinking skills, solutions-oriented approaches to problem solving, and adaptability. · Strong verbal and written (email) communication and presentation skills. · Proficient in all computer systems: Intermediate to advanced Excel (i.e. pivot tables, v lookups etc.) PowerPoint, Word · Plus, if have experience in SAP, FlexPLM, GFE+, Ariba, and Airtable #LI-CE1
