We are seeking a motivated and communicative Client Relations assistant to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in our marketing and outreach efforts by contacting potential clients and delivering compelling messages to promote our products/ services. Your excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and dedication to achieving targets will contribute to the success of our campaigns.

The working hours for this position will be from 9am to 6pm, from Monday 25th September to Friday 29th September. This position is located at our London office near Oxford Circus and does not offer remote working. Please do not apply if you cannot meet these requirements.


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients according to provided call lists.
  • Deliver scripted messages to promote products/ services, generate interest and answer any initial questions.
  • Build rapport with prospects, address their concerns, and highlight the benefits of our offerings
  • Collect and record accurate and detailed information from each call, maintaining proper documentation
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally and provide appropriate responses.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and campaign-based goals.
  • Stay updated on product/ service information and industry trends to effectively communication with prospects.
  • Adhere to call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality interactions.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills.


  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly demeanour
  • Strong active listening skills to understand prospect needs and objections
  • Ability to follow call scripts while adapting to customer responses
  • Basic computer skills to log call details and use necessary software tools
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or call central software is an advantage
