Personal Assistant

As the Personal Assistant, you will provide proactive, professional, and comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Vice President & General Manager for Deckers EMEA, JP & DAP, facilitating the efficient operation of the organisation and working closely with the EMEA Senior Executive Assistant and EMEA Executive Team.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational and diary management skills, the ability to communicate professionally at all levels and capable of displaying commitment to strengthen internal culture while representing Deckers Brands core values at all times.


Your Impact

  • Maintain calendar across multiple time-zones, appointment scheduling, time management and planning in line with the corporate calendar.
  • Scheduling onsite/offsite meetings, arranging room bookings, preparation including lunch/refreshments/AV technical support, creating timelines and agenda, collating presentations and coordinating with attendees
  • Manage travel budget, all travel bookings, visas, and other entry requirements, creating travel agendas, coordination and communication.
  • Completing expenses and holiday requests, plus reviewing and approving direct reports, all within tight budget and deadline considerations.
  • Liaising with customers, colleagues, and external partners, acting as main point of contact globally and regionally across the business supporting with administrative requirements where required.
  • Booking restaurants and internal team social events, completing RSVP requirements for external events, considering bespoke needs across all areas including agenda and communication.
  • Support the Senior EA in organizing corporate events, meetings and social
  • Support all aspects of the EMEA Executive Team group meetings with communication, timelines, preparation, presentation collation.
  • Other general administrative support including projects, research, reporting, presentations, communications, committees etc.

Who You Are

  • You are a self-motivated team player
  • You have excellent planning, prioritizing and time management skills
  • You are discrete and able to handle sensitive matters confidentially
  • You have great multi-tasking skills to adapt to everchanging workload in a fast-paced environment

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Previous experience as an Administrator or Assistant. Experience in an international business is a plus
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Proficient in using virtual technology such as Teams, Zoom and Skype
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
