Talent Acquisition, Retail Internship

We are looking for an engaged and passionateHR Retail Internto join our Human Resources team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the HR Business Partner Retail in employee relations activities
• Helping with the administrative activities (es. payroll, contracts) and report management
• Conducting interviews for store personnel for Italy and Spain
• Organizing and being part of HR meetings and keeping relationships with all other stakeholders of the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economy/Management/Law/similar
• An internship experience in retail/hr is a plus
• Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken. Spanish is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
