As an Performance Run Account Manager for ON, you will be responsible for managing and growing our retail partnerships in the vibrant Midlands region. This role offers an exciting blend of relationship management, sales strategy, and brand advocacy. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of team mates and retailers, from boutique stores to large sporting goods chains, fostering long-term partnerships and driving sales growth.

Your Mission

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts in the region, becoming a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
- Develop and implement sale-in strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the Midlands region.
- Conduct regular store visits to assist with inventory management, provide merchandising support, and gather feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance and operations, to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives and product launches.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and - develop action plans to drive sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to proactively identify new business prospects.

Your Story

- Proven Account Management/Sales Representative experience in the fashion/sports wholesale or retail industry, preferably within the apparel or footwear sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
- A passion for movement and a solid understanding of the retail landscape, including key players and trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights to drive business growth.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Located within the Midlands region. You will take ownership and drive growth in this region.
- Fluency in English is a must to thrive in this role.
- Drivers License and a love for travel and being on the road.
