Part Time Stock Associate

Simkhai is searching for a Part time Stock Associate for our Dallas location.  This position will be primarily responsible for the receiving of merchandise, fulfillment of ecommerce orders, pick and pack RTV’s and maintenance of the stock area. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with a growing brand in a truly omnichannel setting. This position is expected to work between 20-28 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Receive shipments; cross reference with packing slips and let warehouse know of discrepancies
• Ship back RTV’s to warehouse and account for RA’s and Credit Memos
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom at all times
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged and steamed before being placed on the floor
• Work with Store Manager on best practices for backstock workflow
• Restock sales floor at days end
• Fulfill ecommerce orders in a prompt and efficient manner and adhere to company packing guidelines
• Track store supplies inventory and place orders for replenishments
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding the back of house operations
• Help with other store operations duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Must have retail experience; Retail/Stock operations preferred
• Must have knowledge of ecommerce and retail metrics is a must
• Must have POS, Shopify, Excel and Google Suite experience
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to work with others and collaborate
• Highly detail oriented and a lover of systems
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Highly organized with attention to detail
