The Digital Site Coordinator is responsible for getting all products ready to launch on tommy.com. They are responsible for PDP image trafficking and launching / maintaining the product pages on the site. The work of the Digital Site Coordinator supports the E-Commerce team by ensuring a strong and positive customer experience through their publishing and QA efforts. This role requires a reliable and organized communicator with incredible attention to detail, who will use their skills to work with internal and external partners to ensure deadlines are met so that all product launches on time on the site.

Responsibilities:
  • Traffic product detail page (PDPs) images from multiple databases and sources
  • Provide support in PDP sample organization and shot list creation
  • Maintain site image standards and perform quality checks on PDP photography (accurate crops, retouching, etc.) and color swatches
  • Perform accurate product set-up and get items ready for launch in the product management database (PIM). Ensure products are fully enriched with all necessary attributes
  • Communicate to internal Ecom partners if photo and copy attributes need to be updated
  • Perform daily QA (in partnership with Assistant Digital Merchants) of all PDPs
  • Perform clean-ups of categories and products to ensure the site maintains standards
  • Open tickets with IT as needed when programs are not updating or functioning correctly


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 year experience in e-commerce
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Excel and pivot tables
  • Cross-functional team experience
  • Knowledge of Scene 7, STIBO PIM and Salesforce, a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Proficiency in written and oral communications is essential
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under a deadline
  • Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, premium fashion environment. Desire to innovate quickly as part of a nimble, entrepreneurial team within an iconic, established American brand

Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements.
