The primary purpose of this position is to manage application projects, especially e-Commerce and Omni channel sales development by working closely with Tiffany Korea business, corporate IT, vendors, and consultancies company to make sure the projects are delivered successfully on time and within budget.
The IT Manager is responsible for developing a deep knowledge of supported business areas, especially focusing on e-Commerce, Omni-Channel sales, Call Center, Retail and CRM solutions, conducting business requirement sessions, documenting current and to-be process flows and creating detailed requirements documents to support development.
The IT Manager will be in charge in strong collaboration with the Technical Analyst and/or development team for designing the solutions. He will conduct solutioning sessions, document current and to-be systems' flows, and contribute to detail functional documentation and user stories to support the development team.
In addition, the IT Manager will support testing by creating test cases with business counter parts and assisting with the quality assurance process.
The IT Manager also needs to ensure adherence to all Tiffany policies and guidelines on security and compliance by supporting the assessment, planning and implementation of IT policies, guidelines, and legal requirements to minimize risks regarding confidentiality, integrity, an availability of data.
