Job Details

For our Sales Administration Department based in Trebaseleghe (PD), we are looking for a resource to join our Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of preparatory activities related to sales campaigns
  • Interface with sales network and merchandising for drafting and sharing of commercial communications
  • Reporting and analysis activities during and after sales campaigns
  • Monitoring and analysis of commercial KPIs
  • Preparation and presentation of documents for progress and sharing meetings
  • Contact and interaction with sales representatives both in Italy and abroad
  • Verification of sales campaign orders within one's own areas of competence


Requirements:

  • Degree in economics or related field
  • Previous experience in sales or commercial back office
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a plus)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, predisposition for teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
