Position Overview
Ralph Lauren is a global, luxury lifestyle brand that services nearly all categories: apparel, footwear, accessories, home and hospitality. To maximize the lifestyle potential of the brand, this position will oversee brand marketing strategies to drive outsized growth in our Ralph Lauren Home, Watches & Jewelry categories. Reporting into the Head of Global Brand Marketing, Lifestyle, and overseeing a Brand Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for developing 360-degree global marketing and brand content strategies which elevate the desirability of the brand globally, drive brand awareness and strengthen the business. A strong knowledge of key global markets, in-depth understanding of the digital landscape and implementation of the brand's business strategy and vision will be key to successfully creating relevant, brand enhancing global marketing campaigns that can be adapted across regions and business channels. This individual will work closely internal stakeholders, including the Creative, Digital, Ecomm, Design, Merchandising, Buying, PR, Media, Social and Regional Marketing teams, to define how we present the brand to consumers, across channels, platforms, and regions further strengthening Ralph Lauren's global brand positioning.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as Ambassador for Design who sits within marketing to ensure the Brand Vision is properly communicated across all marketing touchpoints
• Develop compelling, innovative Home, Watches & Jewelry storytelling, executing integrated marketing and communications strategies to ensure connectivity and consistency across all global channels and customer experience touch points including: product, digital, social, in-store (retail & wholesale), experiential, online, print and direct mail
• Create briefs for Ralph Lauren Home seasonal brand campaigns and content needs ensuring timeline and budget discipline
• Identify opportunities for Home, Watches and Jewelry category integration across key brand moments and campaigns
• Collaborate with the Global Design, Merchandising, and Planning teams to ensure the marketing strategy and calendar is aligned with the brand vision and in support of business and category growth goals
• Partner with in-house Agency Creative leads to guide the development of creative & marketing concepts to be executed globally according to the brand strategies
• Cultivate a partnership with Creative and Design to develop and execute digital brand and category storytelling for the brand across owned and paid channels, with a platform specific approach
• Partner with Regional Marketing, Social and PR teams to ensure seasonal content needs are supported
• Create a forum with working teams where best practices and ideas can be leveraged globally
• Build strong partnerships and establish credibility with the internal team, based upon a demonstrated collaborative approach, leadership skills and experience
• Manage Home, Watches & Jewelry Brand Marketing content budget and partner with the financial planning and analysis team to ensure fiscal responsibility
• Identify and anticipate short and long-term business opportunities based on research of consumer trends, marketing trends, competitive activity, and/or retail trends

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Experience in Marketing overseeing a multi-region, multi-brand portfolio
• Excellent organization, interpersonal and project management skills
