We are looking for a Manager Brand Experience Omnichannel (m/f/d)to complete the team.

What you can expect:

  • Support Omnichannel activations and intitiaves for improved customer engagement using a data based approach
  • Review and analyse success of Omnichannel activations to support Omnchannel Calendar development and future approaches
  • Proactively connect and maintain partnership working with stakeholders across departments for collaborative working
  • Lead on organisation of key meetings and stakeholder forums for Omnichannel Brand Experience topics
  • Support with shooting periods including sampling, collation of needs for shootings and analysis of outcomes
  • Deliver discussion materials including 1 page summaries, presentations and visual aids e.g. flow charts

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience of marketing in the textile/clothing industry, preferably with an Omnichannel focus
  • Experienced at anaylsing ROAS, marketing approaches and campaign performance including sales impact
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including chairing meetings to oversee project delivery and outcomes
  • Self starter using own initiative, solution-oriented, strong communication and organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of brand experience and initiatives to strengthen customer engagement
  • Very good user knowledge in dealing with MS Office
  • English, fluent in spoken and written use
