eCommerce Manager

We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to take ownership of everything storymfg.com As eCommerce Manager you will be the person in charge of maintaining and creating strategy for our online business whilst upholding company standards and best operating procedure

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to;

Ensuring smooth running of the Story mfg & Gentle Fullness eCommerce operations
Overseeing our internal web-shop dispatch & customer service teams
Ensuring seasonal and off-season Shopify uploads are completed accurately and in good time after handover from production
Overseeing all eCommerce and website imagery with the Brand Manager & Photographer
Managing our digital marketing agency to ensure constant supply of relevant imagery and strategic direction as well ensuring KPI’s are properly measured and met
Taking responsibility for the buying and merchandising of storymfg.com ensuring stock levels are well maintained and merchandising issues are creatively addressed
Working closely with the design team to ensure appropriate & constant releases as per our company critical path
With the General Manager highlighting and reviewing KPI’s to ensure annual commercial targets are met
Ensuring 5* luxury customer journey from acquisition through to delivery & aftercare
Taking ownership of everything logistics & packaging
With the Creative Directors, work closely with our developers to ensure constant proactive evolution of storymfg.com as well as keeping an eye out for bugs and functionality
Keeping up with market, eCommerce, logistics and technological trends to ensure strategic growth
Monthly & weekly reporting to the Senior Management Team

Requirements

Strong experience with Shopify, Klayvio, Excel & GA is essential
Experience with Zedonk, Adobe Suite & Gorgias is preferred
Proven track record of implemented eCommerce strategy & growth
Experience of CRM & WMS systems
Experience of managing a team
A strong interest in the fashion industry & trends
Good eye for detail, ensuring a high standard of work and presentation
Ideally happy to commute to Brighton 2-3 days a week although remote application wills be accepted.
