Supply Chain Coordinator

FIGS is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support our operational efficiency projects including maintaining our internal trackers, assisting in data flow processes, managing updates in ERP system, monitoring freight forwarding, cross-departmental communications, and various process improvements. This role reports to the Supply Chain Management, Sr. Associate, and will be a key contributor to the team.

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for ensuring all internal databases are up to date
• Work with our freight forwarders/carriers to own active schedules and identify/communicate issues
• Obtain and review documents for accuracy and address discrepancies
• Facilitate communication and troubleshoot with relevant parties for vendor-related issues
• Support all team members with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred 2 years in a professional setting
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience or knowledge of supply chains is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to and love for detail
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Organized team player

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

• At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base hourly range is between $17/hr and $24/hr. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
