Position Overview:

This position will help transition our existing work practices to fully embrace the agile methodology. They will be a hands-on coach, servant leader, and facilitator who will embed themselves daily within the product teams leveraging Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe to implement Agile principles and practices effectively within their team. They will mentor and guide our employees to figure out the best solutions for their specific department challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with product teams to analyze their current systems and processes and help design a strategy for adopting agile best practices
  • Guide teams in how to stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tune their approach to ensure that overall strategy is being met
  • Develop Agile Playbook
  • Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures by teams
  • Guide teams with daily follow-ups with individual team members to ensure projects are on track and goals are being met
  • Coach teams with how to troubleshoot daily issues by applying agile principles
  • Implement key SAFe principles to ensure more collaborative ways of working among teams
  • Building out and expanding our Agile COE
  • Coach Product teams in the Scrum/Kanban Agile process
  • Coach Product teams on how to deal with and solve impediments
  • Coach teams in self-organization
  • Coach teams on backlog Refinement and prioritization
  • Increase Agile maturity of the team in Agile/Scrum/SAFe ways of working
  • Increase adoption of agile practice through trainings, workshops, mentoring and hands-on work with teams
  • Coach team in running effective Scrum ceremonies

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience in using Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe)
  • Proven track record of implementing Agile Techniques in different work cultures and environments
  • 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
  • 3+ years of experience as Agile Coach
  • SAFe, SPCT, ICP-ACC, CSM, or CSP certification
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow and Jira
  • Must have a "can-do" and "will-do" attitude with respect to accomplishing goals and satisfying the needs of internal and external customers
