Job Details
Key Responsibilities, to include but not be limited to:
Scheduling wholesale meetings and coordinating diary.
Assisting with sample management and showroom maitenance before and throughout market.
Taking responsibility for department admin such as order confirmations. Ensuring client database, spend tracker and production grids are always up to date and shared with relevant team members.
Investigating and resolving wholesale claims, working with Finance to issue credit notes where appropriate. Passing any issues onto Production for their reference.
Building relationships with defined portfolio of wholesale clients. Initiating calls and meetings to seek general updates and sharing with management.
Conducting physical and virtual staff training sessions each season.
Conducting seasonal sales appointments. Acting as brand ambassador and delivering key product knowledge and guidance, tailored to specific needs of the client.
Driving sales to meet and exceed department targets. Suggesting ideas to support further growth in line with business strategy,
Conducting research for potential partners and engaging with these retailers.
Onboarding new clients and ensuring all information and requirements are set-up on internal systems.
Preparing summaries and reports on wholesale orders and performance. Ensuring you are incredibly accurate with numbers and findings.
Supporting with trade and sell-through analysis, sharing key insights and feedback with management.
Assisting with the processing of re-orders and RTV’s where necessary.
Working closely with Logistics department to ensure smooth delivery of goods.
Being prepared and motivated to travel when required.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Proven experience working within the wholesale team for a relevant womenswear RTW or Childrenswear brand.
A strong understanding of fashion wholesale and experience communicating directly with high-end partners.
Excellent customer service skills, both written and in person.
Preferably have an understanding of the JOOR order system.
Confidence with numbers, percentages and Microsoft Excel.
Detail oriented and highly organised, with an ability to effectively prioritise workload.
Highly presentable and very well groomed.
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Forward thinking with the ability to problem solve.
Having the ability to multi-task and work very quickly under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
