We are delighted to offer the position of a Key Account Manager to an entrepreneurial new member of On's Belgium & Netherlands team. With a commitment to revolutionizing performance products, On is taking the global sports footwear, apparel and accessories market by storm with cutting-edge tech and innovative products. As our brand continues to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. You will strategically prospect and manage our key accounts in the Netherlands to support On's expansion throughout the BeNe region.

Your Mission

- Strengthening and prioritizing strategic relationships with key accounts in the BeNe market. Your primary focus will be to drive sell-in growth, enhance customer loyalty, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and utilizing your industry expertise to ensure the success of On's brand and expansion within the BeNeLux market.
- Leveraging reporting dashboards to make data driven decisions and guide account planning aligned with overall global objectives.
-Staying ahead of the curve on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Leading internal and external account discussions. Preparing and delivering sales presentations using On material and data in a meaningful and engaging delivery to your customer base.
-Supporting customer support teams to foster strong relationships, address concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining all sales related budgets with identified Key Accounts.
- Bridging global strategy to the local market trends.

Your Story

- 3-5+ yrs experience in a Key Account Management role or similar strategic client management position; preferably within sports and performance apparel, fashion design or premium consumer goods industries.
- A proven track record for relationship building and B2B partner management to strategically prospect, prioritize and strengthen accounts.
- A solid understanding of the sports and performance industry, including consumer preferences, emerging technologies, and market forces.
- You have a passion for high performance and sustainable storytelling.
- You thrive in collaborative and cross-functional teams. You're adept at collaborating between key accounts and internal commercial and cross-functional teams.
- You approach problem solving with an analytical approach; analyzing data, interpreting trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- Fluent Dutch and proficiency in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You're self motivated, resourceful and proactive. You have the ability to work autonomously and take initiative; identifying opportunities for growth, and anticipating customer needs.
- You're a team player always seeking to add value, suggest improvements, and stay ahead of market trends to provide innovative solutions to On's key accounts. You're not afraid to get stuck in and hands-on when needed.
- You enjoy connecting with customers to present our products, technology and philosophy in an inspiring way and experienced at presenting to a group
- You have good Excel skills.
