An exciting opportunity has arisen for CRM Executive to join the team at Dover Street Market London within our Digital team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer analytics and campaign analysis and will be comfortable working with large sets of data.

Key Roles & Responsibilities;

Data & Reporting

  • Key point of contact for customer behaviour insights
  • Analyse and prepare all customer and sales associate reporting
  • Monitor CRM KPIs across channels, provide analysis
  • Data management (Cashing up) – Integrity, segmentation, tagging, compliance and accuracy

Client Engagement

  • Working with retail and eCommerce teams to ensure successful product launches and events
  • Client DMs and Printed Matter
  • Sale Preview segmentation
  • Event invite lists & design brief
  • Support Marketing Manager with automated email campaigns (e.g welcome)

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in customer analytics and campaign analysis
  • Comfortable working with large sets of data
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft BI and SQL literacy not essential however recognised)
  • Background in fashion or luxury industry
  • Experience in segmentation and audience targeting tactics
  • Hands on experience with CRM platforms
