Job Details

Title: Training Manager (m/f/d)

Based: Ingolstadt Village

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate all training initiatives to determine ways to improve the learning experience and adapt to any changes in the work place.
  • Facilitates training for all VR and brand employees. Write materials in conjunction with VR Academy team, including participant workbooks, quick references, facilitator guides and presentation materials.
  • Where appropriate, identify internal or external subject matter experts to deliver programs.
  • Manage quality standards for all VR'S programs, products, and services.
  • Enhance all retail training initiatives (i.e. sales, service, hospitality)
  • Consideration the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment is crucial
  • Responsible for the training and development of corporate, and brand employees of all levels.
  • Assist in the continuous updating and/or redesign of existing online training materials as well as training documentation.
  • Ensure all online courseware development is delivered with high quality.
  • Works with Management on specialized/personalized coaching
  • Participates in workforce planning for organizational capacity to support business strategy by determining training needs for succession planning support.
  • Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization and act as a role model for others, embodying the Company's core values.
  • Work on special projects.
  • Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research
  • Understand and use Mystery Shop results to meet specific needs to drive hospitality standards and guest experience


BACKGROUND & SKILLS:
  • A bachelor's degree in education is required.
  • 5+ years of hands on delivery/ development within a learning and development department. .
  • Retail training background a must!
  • Must have a proven track record in an established training department
  • Collaboration skills and the ability to contribute within a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have a great deal of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for development
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Project/programme management skills
  • A clear understanding of people
  • Language skills: fluent English and Germ an, any othe languages are benefitial
