SALONI is looking for a talented and skilled Community Manager to join our creative and busy team. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, the successful candidate will be working in a multi-disciplinary environment alongside the E-commerce, marketing and Creative teams producing exceptional on-brand digital, social and print and video collateral for web, social and our partners.

The platforms we engage with our community on are their first window into the SALONI World and we want to ensure they are showcased SALONI’s aesthetics through on-brand digital and web design, effective email marketing and social media. The successful candidate will live and breathe the aesthetics that communicate SALONI’s brand values and vision.


Write, schedule, and optimize daily social posts across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest

Ensure all social posts align to the brand guidelines and carry the Saloni image and tone of voice

Develop new ideas and initiatives to grow, engage and re-engage our community

Management of client’s social media channels which may include posting, online advocacy, writing copy, community-outreach efforts, managing digital campaigns and partnerships with influencers

Contribute to commerce strategy with thoughtful social activations that embody the Saloni brand

Write and edit content with an elevated aesthetic and clear story telling

Maintain and communicate defined brand voice, visual aesthetic, and mission internally and externally

Partner with Ecom lead to improve and refine reach across all social platforms, understand customer feedback and relay that to the team for improvements

Work closely with editorial, marketing, and Digital team to ideate and execute on social-focused initiatives

Edit existing brand content (stills & video) to create exciting assets

Manage end to end content creation from initial brief to creation of compelling assets that clearly communicate the Saloni brand

Managing the workload in this busy and creatively demanding role efficiently and effectively, with the ability to prioritise accordingly in order to accomplish the business objectives

Post events real time to engage our community in a live/timely fashion

Analyze running campaigns to improve for next season

Support and assist re: the coordination of photography shoots, content + digital marketing asset creation

Manage asset send out to digital marketing leads

The Candidate

A strong interest in Luxury fashion and lifestyle

Must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role

Experience working with fashion/lifestyle brands and good understanding of the luxury market

Confident across Adobe creative suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects/Premiere Pro

Confident in Planoly

Strong design skills with a good understanding of asset creation for digital channels

Strong typography skills

Demonstrate a solid understanding of across print and digital design, visual merchandising, video, and photography; ensure all deliverables adhere to brand standards

Creative eye with strong awareness of design trends and attention to detail 

Able to work at pace in a fast-paced setting

Positive, open, can-do attitude, curiosity, passionate and driven

Excellent organisational and communication skills

 A collaborative and creative team member to deliver clearly articulate designs

Meticulous attention to detail and well organised
