Talent & Influencer Marketing Internship

6 MONTHS | INTERNSHIP | FROM OCTOBER

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Talent & Influencer Marketing Intern to focus on Moncler's talent and influencer relationships to join our team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

- Talent scouting for ongoing launches and activations;
- Creation and upkeep of talent decks;
- Talent product sourcing in coordination with the product team;
- Product placement seeding including helping in the shipment processes to talents;
- Creation of influencer campaign reporting documents and competitor insight reports:
- Assistance on 360° Communication decks pertaining to ongoing talent & influence activities;
- Assists Talent & Influencer Marketing Manager in organizing and keeping track of influencer contracts and payment documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree or local country equivalent, focused in Fashion Marketing or a related field
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Fluency in Italian is a plus
- Ability to work simultaneously on projects and manage deadlines
- Interest and attention to global popular culture as it relates to established and emerging talents in the social sphere
- Dedication to using a diverse and inclusive mindset in talent curation
- High proficiency in Keynote & Excel
