Position Overview
To support growth of the Wholesale Digital & E-Commerce channel, this one-year temporary position will focus on strategic business development assessment & analysis, as well as on accelerating our brand health & elevation efforts ensuring best in class online presence.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Based in the EMEA Headquarter, the position is focused on business analysis and strategic assessments across the wholesale digital e-commerce channel to support brand expansion and elevation.
* Reporting: Sell-out, Sell-in, Sell-through
* Analysis & Benchmarking Markets, Competitors & Pricing analyses
* Distribution strategy assessments & monitoring implementation across EMEA Wholesale Ecommerce Analysis and Reporting
* Consolidate & elaborate regional retail sales performances reporting (Sell-out, Sell-through on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis)
* Generate meaningful business insights and calls to action based on regional performances
* Consolidate Sell-in forecasting, financial reporting and regularly review with regional teams to ensure targets are met
* Perform Ad-Hoc market research and business analyses to support company's strategy & growth
* Cross-functional collaboration and proactive management of relationship with regional sales teams and marketing teams to consolidate insights Strategy & Business Development
* Continuously assess and identify new strategic online partnerships, as well as new product, models, market opportunities, supporting Head of Department
* Continuously develop and implement on-site guidelines, legal and commercial policies
* Contribute to sustainability strategy for commercial implementation & guidelines in partnership with wholesale partners, sales operations and sustainability teams
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
* 2+ years of solid analytical experience with a proven track record of success
* Advanced Excel skill is a must
* Digital industry experience preferred
* Proven ability to manage and navigate complex data
* Ability to think proactively & creatively problem solve
* High degree of responsibility, autonomy and accuracy
* Ability to multi-task and work with tight deadlines and under pressure
* Willingness to learn and to constantly improve
* Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Enthusiasm, positivity and team spirit
* Fully proficient in working in English, any other language is an asset
