Job Details
We are in search of a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Management Assistant. In this role, you will assist the Relationship Manager with various tasks such as research, strategic frameworks, event coordination, marketing, and content creation. This position presents a fantastic opportunity to gain practical project management experience and develop a diverse skill set in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, innovative, have a can-do attitude, be open to new challenges, and possess strong English and numerical skills. An interest in business incubators, art, and fashion would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on various topics to support project planning and execution.
- Assist in the creation of strategic frameworks, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets, to analyse and present project data.
- Contribute to project management activities, such as organising project documentation, tracking project progress, and assisting in the preparation of project status reports.
- Support the planning and execution of events, including coordination with vendors, logistics management, and on-site assistance.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and informative written materials, ensuring high-quality written content for various channels and platforms.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts, and engaging with online communities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
